Return Shipping & Damaged Items
If we made an error (incorrect item, defect, transit damage), we will cover or guide return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
Inspect your order after delivery. If damaged or incorrect, contact us with photos and your order number for a prompt resolution (replacement, refund, or parts).

EU Customers & Refund Processing
Our 180-day guarantee is in addition to statutory consumer rights. For eligible EU online purchases, consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank, card issuer, or PayPal to post funds. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
